WORCESTERSHIRE PEACAN
4 cups large, shelled pecans
1/3 cup Worcestershire
10 dashes Tabasco
2/3 bar of butter
Salt to taste
Melt butter in pan, pour into mixing bowl (all but the milky part of the butter.) Add Tabasco, Worcestershire and salt and mix well. Add pecans, stirring, so all are coated with butter. Put on cookie sheet. Heat in slow oven (270 degrees) until crispy. Pour on paper towel to cool.
Watch carefully while heating as they burn fast!
Store in airtight container.
